Our Vertex Bolt Action pens use a ballpoint Parker style refill. All refills are standard sizes, and easy to order on our website, or at your favorite retailer. Many are also available with different ink refills; gel, ballpoint, rollerball, ect.
Simply unscrew the tip of the pen and tilt the pen to remove the old refill and spring. Replace the spring on top of the new refill, and replace it back into the pen. Screw the tip of the pen back onto the body of the pen. Done! You will receive a written copy of the refill information with each pen.
